• normal mode of transport: surface mail. For air transport select Premium service. For even faster: select International Express
• rectangular shapes: larger 15x11x1 cm. Smaller 120x60x60 cm. Maximum weight 20 kg (for up to 2 kg see DHL Small Parcel)
• cylindrical shapes: larger 15 cm length and 5 cm diameter. Diameter max 15 cm, and length 120 cm max. Maximum weight 5 kg
• receipt notice: sender receives note that parcel has been delivered
• cylindrical shapes must have a rectangular add-on for transport. If add-on not present, add 1.50 Euros surcharge
• Return service: parcel is sent back in case not deliverable. Normally +20.00 Euros if returned by air mail, +10.00 Euros if returned by surface mail

Class I : Identifiable and blockable/replacable securities (e.g. airline tickets, bonds), precious metal rawaterials, other valuables (e.g. computers, mobiles). Class II: non-identifiable, non-blockable/replacable securities which can be transferred to third parties (e.g. stamps, coupons, blank cheques), certain other valuables (cash, check cards, credit cards, telephone/pay-TV cards, precious metals, jewelry, art).
